FIRE AT PALM RANCH 06/18/15
The fire that occured five years ago at our Palm Ranch Property was a trying and hard time in our history. However, we kept the faith and our testimony is proof that the Lord is faithful and is our ever- present help during the storm.
We would like to thank all the sponsors that generously donated to help the church and the families who were disposed of a home and of their belongings during the fire. May the Lord bless and prosper each and everyone of you!
All of us at Christ Is Salvation Christian Church thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers as we continue to assess the damage from the fire at our palm nursery in Thermal. The Church continues to provide food, clothing and rooms for those families displaced by the fire.
We especially thank all the Cal-Forestry fire fighters, Riverside County Sheriff deputies, Riv. County Hazmat, the Red Cross, and other organizations who have provided round the clock protection, provisions and updates. We pray in Jesus’ name for speedy and full recovery for those precious servants at Cal-Fire who suffered injury during the fires.
As KESQ TV and other media outlets have reported, we do accept monetary donations through our website for those wishing to assist the church and these families. The families are very much grateful for the love they receive through your generous giving. Two families at our property lost their homes and belongings in the fire and were quickly provided new clothing and essentials for the next few days by members of the Church, however they will require more to meet their weekly needs.
Blessings to you all as we rejoice in our Father who provides for all our needs especially during these difficult and trying times. We depend on Him as He is faithful. We continue to press forward, giving Him all the praise and glory.
